1. We don't expect anyone to do perfectly on the evaluation. If you know 50% of the material off the top of your head, and can answer most of the rest of the questions with a little help, then you are a good candidate.
   
   
2. Keep in mind that this is a "take home" test. This means that the use of any kind of reference books is fine. Doing research will be part of your job.
   
   
3. We also look at your presentation of the ideas. Show us that you know how to use a word processor to produce a good-looking report.
   
   
4. Send us an e-mail to let us know you've downloaded the report, and don't take more than a week working on it.

There are only two "don'ts" — don't have somebody else write it for you and don't copy from references word for word. Both are pointless since you won't be able to get through the hands on evaluation and interview anyway.
