Numerical Summary by Product or Product Group
This gives you a way to do accounting chargebacks to various departments or publishers. This is useful in larger operations where tech support is centralized, but each publisher or group is charged the tech support costs for their products. These totals also help you to quickly see which products are costing the most to support. Click here to see an example of a product summary report.

Electronic Delivery
When accounts get large, you may not want a paper document with the details of every call! At that point, the best option is electronic delivery. We can deliver the contents of your call logs to you in CSV (Comma Separated Values), which can be read by most databases.

Web Delivery
Web delivery is an alternative form of electronic delivery. We can host a database of your call logs on-line, so you can view them from the Web, with only your browser. Click here to see what online call reporting looks like.
