We will create the initial information for the site and take over all maintenance as well, keeping it up to date with the latest information that your customers need.
Your customers can get the information they need through a search engine with advanced search capabilities or by browsing Frequently Asked Question lists. It's their choice. All they need is any modern browser.
Anything that they might need to know can be included, from straightforward questions such as "what is on the CD-ROM accompanying the book" or complex issues explaining what to do about a complex error message received during installation. Do you have specific product information that you want the customer to know about? We can include that as well.
And if they can't find what they need, the web site gives them a form to fill out, to generate a support request to your account rep.
